Shipping Policy
We take great pride in our industry leading order processing and shipping policy! Orders are normally sent out same day or the next business day (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 2pm MST will be shipped on the next business day. For example, an order placed after 2pm MST on Tuesday are normally shipped by Wednesday! Delivery times may vary and are in addition to the shipping times noted below. Please note that we are closed Sundays, Wednesdays and holidays. Any order placed during these times will be shipped out on the following business day.
PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE MINIMUM ORDERS of $20.00 (before taxes and shipping)
The following are only guidelines and are not guaranteed:
--Canada Post Expedited Parcel delivers the next business day locally, 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres.
--Store Pickup - Your order will usually be ready for pick up within a couple hours of it being placed.
Our Shipping Rates
Canada Post Expedited Parcel to:
--Western Canadian Destinations (AB, BC, SK) - $10.00 Flat Rate, which includes insurance up to $100 and a tracking number.
--Central and Eastern Canadian Destinations (MB, ON, QC, NB, NS, PEI, NF/LB) - $10.00 Flat Rate, which includes insurance up to $100 and a tracking number.
--Canada Post Regular Mail to All Canadian Destinations - $3.00 Flat Rate for any orders that are small enough to be shipped in an envelope (ie. stickers), but it will not have insurance & is not traceable.
We do not assume any responsibility for lost or misdirected orders. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct on the order form as this is the address we use to ship your order.
Pricing Policy
We monitor the website daily to ensure accuracy of our available products and pricing. If there is an error in pricing, Lil' Scrappers will provide our customer with the lower of the correct or incorrect price.
Payment Methods VISA, MasterCard, Paypal, and Email Money Transfers.
PAYPAL AND E-TRANSFER PAYMENTS...If you choose to pay by Paypal or E-Transfers, please use COD as payment option and make a note in the comment section upon checkout. For Paypal payments...please leave your email address that you use for Paypal and you will be sent a request for payment after your order is pulled and processed. For E-Transfer payments...you will receive an email after your order is pulled and processed with the amount and e-mail address where payment can be sent. This makes it easier if we are out of stock on an item you have ordered so you will not be charged for it. Once the payment is complete we will send out your order.
COD orders are also accepted, but please note that they require an additional charge of $7.00 that is imposed by Canada post.
Returns, Exchanges and Warranties
Lil' Scrappers strives to ensure that all of our products will meet our customer's expectations. If they do not, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 7 days for a credit or exchange; excluding shipping costs. Please notify Lil' Scrappers by email (sowada@telusplanet.net) or phone (780)849-6879 if you intend on returning an item. The following products are non-refundable or exchangeable: any opened pre-packaged product, paper, stickers, die cuts or page toppers, adhesives, idea books, magazines, and pens.
Due to the nature of our business, many of the products at Lil' Scrappers do not carry Manufacturer's Warranties (paper, pens, stickers, etc). If you feel that a product you purchased from Lil' Scrappers does not operate as it should, through no fault of your own, contact us within 30 days of your purchase to discuss possible exchange options.
Out of Stock Items and Backorders
We strive to ensure that all items listed on our website are in stock. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will cancel that portion of your order. Please reorder any missing items with your next order. |
